Google Reader & Plagiarism/Cheating
Google reader allows us to keep on top of news using what is called an RSS feed. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. This technology, using a form of XML, allows the user to subscribe to content on the Web. In short it allows the content you want to see on the web to come to you instead of you going to it.
To get started we need to create a Google Reader account by going to http://www.reader.google.com/. Step by step directions can be found in the video file below:
Now that you've created a Reader account you'll need to find information to subscribe to. How many of you have ever seen the orange square at the top of this post? That's an RSS feed link. If you click on those squares you'll subscribe to that 'feed' or site changes. There's another way to do that within Google Reader that will let us search for sites and subscribe to them all at once. Watch the video below for directions.
Onto the last part of this assignment...sharing what you find...one more video and then you'll be on your way!

Zunal.com & WebQuests
Remember as you are planning your Quest activities and topics that they should be open ended - meaning open to interpretation not black or white.
